2. Nature of Our Services
FreeFixLearning offers digital educational content — such as online courses, tutorials, e-books, and downloadable learning materials.
Once access to the digital content is granted, it cannot be “returned” like a physical product.
Therefore, refunds and cancellations are subject to strict conditions as mentioned below.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Users can cancel their purchase only before the course content is accessed or downloaded.
- Once the course is accessed, streamed, or any study material is downloaded, the order becomes non-cancellable.
- Cancellation requests must be sent within 24 hours of purchase to support@freefixlearning.com, along with proof of payment.
- After verifying the request, if eligible, cancellation will be processed, and refund initiation will begin within the time frame mentioned below.
4. Refund Policy
We provide refunds only in the following situations:

5. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be emailed to support@freefixlearning.com with:
- User’s name
- Registered email ID
- Payment transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
- Our support team will verify your details and eligibility.
- Eligible refunds will be processed through the same payment method (via Razorpay).
- Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
- Bank or payment gateway delays are beyond our control.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 7 working days of confirmation:
- First check your bank or Razorpay account again.
- Then contact your payment provider, as processing may take time.
- If you still face issues, email us at support@freefixlearning.com and we’ll assist immediately.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Courses already accessed or completed
- Downloaded study materials or digital certificates
- Subscription or membership plans after activation
- Promotional discounts, coupons, or one-time offers
8. Refund Mode
All refunds are made only to the original source of payment (UPI, bank, wallet, or card) used during the transaction.
We do not issue cash, cheque, or manual refunds.
9. Course Replacement (Alternative Option)
If a refund is not possible but you face a genuine issue (like technical error or wrong course enrollment),
we may offer a course replacement or credit balance in your FreeFixLearning account, at our sole discretion.
10. Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises regarding payment, refund, or course access:
- The user must first contact support@freefixlearning.com with full transaction details.
- Our team will attempt amicable resolution within 7 business days.
- In case of unresolved disputes, the matter shall fall under the jurisdiction of Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India.
11. Modification of Policy
Sandeep Paswan Enterprise reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
